Why Obama?
This is Obama's time because he is a man about unifying people.
It's his time because he is a man about respect, not favoritism, but real respect that empowers others with dignity.
It's his time because "the little people" are fed up with:
*their children and husbands and wives being killed by people who see us as invaders and not as saviors
*their families losing more and more money to the healthcare and oil expenses that the rich are getting richer from with more revenues and less taxes that they've been afforded over the last 8 years
*their intelligence being insulted by people who claim to love God, but show no respect and no love for them because their skin color and economic status is on a "lesser scale" by their standards
It is time for America -- the average, every day, middle of the road citizen -- to come together around this candidate who already has a record of working on behalf of Average America in Illinois.
It is time for America to be willing to agree to disagree on the details, and then focus in on the most important fact: that Barack Obama is the best man for the job we need him to do, which is turning around our economy and healthcare system which have been derailed over the past 8 years. McCain already told us that he doesn't see a problem with the way things are now and that we need to just shut up and stop whining.
